OLIVIA HANCOCK
Olivia is currently a Director at JTFM Investment Consulting.
Olivia started her career with Schroders in 1994 and trained as an equity analyst, before moving to their private bank. As a director she was a member of the asset allocation committee and managed the investments of families, trustees and charities. In 2003 she joined the private investment office Lord North Street Limited, where, latterly as the Managing Director, she had responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s service to its clients as well as risk, compliance and the smooth running of the business. Following the merger of the firm with Sandaire, the multi-family office, Olivia became a Director of Sandaire Ltd and assisted in the integration of the two businesses.
She is an Associate of the CFA Society UK and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment. She is fluent in French, understands Spanish and is a trustee of a large UK charitable trust.
ROB LAKE
Rob Lake works in the interconnected areas of sustainability, investment and people.
Rob is the founder of Authentic Investor, an initiative that explores how we can re-connect values and value by enabling people in investment and finance to bring their whole selves to work. Authentic Investor convenes retreats and other events where people with different roles and of different ages meet first and foremost as human beings to have conversations on the things that matter most.
Rob also works as an advisor to institutional investors, helping them shape their strategy to respond to the challenges of sustainability, ensuring that it is anchored in their purpose and values as organisations. He has worked with investors worldwide, and has also been an advisor to UNEP and the OECD. He is also an executive coach, helping people get the best of out of their work, their life, and themselves.
His previous roles were at the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, APG Asset Management, Henderson Global Investors and various sustainability NGOs.
ADRIAN RIMMER
Adrian is the current President of the Climate Markets & Investment Association and a Non-Executive Director of Evora, a sustainability consultancy. Adrian has spent the last decade at the forefront of environmental finance and markets.
After beginning his career in technology and finance, Adrian established ABN AMRO’s Environmental Markets business, then supported clean tech clients in RBS’ corporate finance team. As CEO of international climate and development certification body the Gold Standard for five years, Adrian expanded its scope to include greater emphasis on Sustainable Development Goals such as health, water and development impacts. He also initiated programmes to develop financing tools for green-city infrastructure and the Fairtrade Climate Standard.
